Peach salsa can be used to sweeten any meat dish, chips, or fish.  Very versitile and tasty too.


  • 4 peaches peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup currants
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • Dash cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice


  1. Combine all ingredients in an airtight refrigerator container for a few hours.
  2. You may serve the salsa chilled or warm with a variety of grilled meats or with chips.
