Simple peach preserve jarring recipe.
- 2 pounds peaches, skins removed
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- Slice the peaches in half and remove the stones.
- Bring the sugar and water to a boil in a saucepan. Continue heating until a nice syrup is formed. Mix in the peaches. Continue to heat until thick. Mash.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
