Peach Preserves

Simple peach preserve jarring recipe.


  • 2 pounds peaches, skins removed
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water


  1. Slice the peaches in half and remove the stones.
  2. Bring the sugar and water to a boil in a saucepan. Continue heating until a nice syrup is formed. Mix in the peaches. Continue to heat until thick. Mash.
  3. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
