Simple chilled peach pie.
Ingredients
- Baked Pie Shell
- 7 peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons margarine
Directions
- Mix everything together in a saucepan and heat until thick and clear. Allow to cool before pouring into the pie shell. Chill.
