Simple chilled peach pie.

Ingredients

  • Baked Pie Shell
  • 7 peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons margarine

Directions

  1. Mix everything together in a saucepan and heat until thick and clear. Allow to cool before pouring into the pie shell. Chill.
