Quick and simple cookie topped peach pie.


  • 1 (20 ounce) peach pie filling
  • Approximately 10 (1/4 inch thick) slices refrigerated slice and bake sugar cookie
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Dash cinnamon


  1. Heat the filling and pour into an 8 inch pie plate. Arrange the cookies around the edge of the pie tin. Combine the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the cookies.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-40 minutes, or until cookies are done. Serve warm with ice cream.
