Quick and simple cookie topped peach pie.
- 1 (20 ounce) peach pie filling
- Approximately 10 (1/4 inch thick) slices refrigerated slice and bake sugar cookie
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Dash cinnamon
- Heat the filling and pour into an 8 inch pie plate. Arrange the cookies around the edge of the pie tin. Combine the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the cookies.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-40 minutes, or until cookies are done. Serve warm with ice cream.
