This sweet and moist bread makes an excellent breakfast treat or afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups canned peaches, drained and diced
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Beat eggs, sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
  3. Blend flour combination into egg mixture.
  4. Fold in peaches and nuts.
  5. Pour batter into greased loaf pans.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
