You can use this as a jam or the topping on ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 cans peaches, drained
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. Pour drained peaches into a blender and puree.
  2. Pour the mixture into a crock pot.
  3. Add the sugar, cinnamon, cloves and lemon juice.
  4. Cover and cook on high for 9 to 10 hours.
  5. Remove the cover.
  6. Cook an additonal 30 minutes.
  7. Stir occasionally.
  8. Keep refrigerated.
