Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1-1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup peach yogurt
  • 2/3 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon orange peel, grated
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine 1-1/4 cups flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
  2. In a separate bowl, cream 1/4 cup butter and 1/3 cup sugar.
  3. Blend flour combination into sugar mixture.
  4. Stir in yogurt.
  5. Fold in blueberries and orange peel.
  6. Pour batter into a greased 8x8 baking dish.
  7. Mix together remaining flour, sugar, cinnamon and butter until mixture becomes crumbly; sprinkle over top of cake batter.
  8. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
