Party Style Potatoes

Party Style Potatoes are perfect for the holidays.  Make them ahead and it'll free you up so you can Party!

Ingredients

  • 10 potatoes, cooked, drained and peeled
  • 1, 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • dash paprika
  • dash garlic salt
  • 1/2 stick butter, cubed

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese and sour cream together. Break up potatoes and start to whip with mixer, gradually adding cheese and sour cream mixture until all are combined.
  2. Add milk, butter and dash of garlic salt. Place in greased casserole, dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour.
