Homemade cream cheese and powdered sugar peppermint candies.
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 (16 ounce) boxes powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon peppermint flavoring
- Food coloring (optional)
- Gradually combine the cream cheese and sugar. Stir in the food coloring and peppermint. Shape into balls and arrange on wax papper. Use the bottom of a glass to flatten the balls.
