Low fat soy and garlic skinless chicken drummette appetizer.
- 2 pounds chicken drummettes, skin removed
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Broil the drummettes for 8 minutes on one side, and 6 on the other, until browned.
- Mix everything together in a shallow baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
