Delicious buttery and pecan cookies.
- 8 sticks butter (NOT margarine)
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 9 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cream together the butter and sugar. Stir in the flour, vanilla and pecans.
- Roll into walnut sized balls and arrange on an ungreased baking sheet. Press down with a fork.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
