Party Bacon Sandwiches

Party Bacon Sandwiches serve a crowd. 

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf sandwich bread
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • American cheese or Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 pound sliced bacon

Directions

  1. Remove crusts from bread. Spread each slice with undiluted soup. Place cheese cube in center of bread. Roll up, diagonally. Wrap with 1 slice bacon; secure with wooden picks. Place sandwiches on baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours or until golden brown. Serve hot.
