It is essential that this cocktail is heated very carefully so it is enjoyed warm and not hot. It is advised that a microwave not be used as it does not heat the liquid in a uniform manner.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Cognac
- 1/2 ounce Chambord or raspberry-flavored liqueur
Directions
- Pour the Cognac and Chambord into a small saucepan and place over very low heat.
- After about 50 seconds, or when the mixture is warm to the touch, pour the liquid into a brandy snifter and serve immediately.
