This spicy and flavorful butter is made with a Parmesan, anchovy, paprika and mustard blend. Slather it onto hot grilled steaks to add amazing flavor.
- 3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 anchovy fillet drained, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- Place all of the ingredients into a bowl. Stir the mixture vigorously to combine until thoroughly blended. Serve immediately.
