This spicy and flavorful butter is made with a Parmesan, anchovy, paprika and mustard blend. Slather it onto hot grilled steaks to add amazing flavor.


  • 3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 anchovy fillet drained, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a bowl. Stir the mixture vigorously to combine until thoroughly blended. Serve immediately.
