Smooth and fruity tamarind and papaya blended smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium, ripe papaya, peeled and seeded
  • 3/4 cup tamarind nectar
  • Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender. Pulse intermittently until it begins to swirl even. Blend on high until smooth, about 20 seconds.
