Easy fried pork chop dinner.


  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil


  1. Season the pork chops with the salt and pepper. Coat with the flour.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet and brown both sides of the pork chops, turning once. Reduce heat and continue frying until cooked through.
