Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Directions
- Season the pork chops with the salt and pepper. Coat with the flour.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet and brown both sides of the pork chops, turning once. Reduce heat and continue frying until cooked through.
