Apples and nuts add crunch to Ozark Pudding.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped

Directions

  1. Beat eggs on low speed. Gradually add sugar, beating until smooth. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Add to egg mixture. Fold in apples and nuts.
  2. Pour into a greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
