Apples and nuts add crunch to Ozark Pudding.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 apple, peeled and chopped
Directions
- Beat eggs on low speed. Gradually add sugar, beating until smooth. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Add to egg mixture. Fold in apples and nuts.
- Pour into a greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
