Oysters Jubilee is a seafood lover's delight.

Ingredients

  • 6 shucked oysters
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups fine cracker meal
  • 3 eggs

Directions

  1. Wrap each oyster in half slices of bacon and freeze. When frozen, lightly flour and dip in eggs; roll in cracker crumbs.
  2. Deep fry in hot oil until golden. Place in 450 degree F oven to finish cooking if necessary.
