Use this recipe to stuff bass and other fish.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oysters, chopped
  • 3 cups dry bread cubes
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon sage
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 samll onion, minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley
  • 1/2 cup minced celery

Directions

  1. Place oysters in a skillet.
  2. Saute for about 5 minutes.
  3. Drain.
  4. Combine bread cubes, slat pepper, sage and oysters in a bowl.
  5. Melt butter in another skillet.
  6. Add onion, parsley and celery and saute until tneder.
  7. Add to oyster mixture.
  8. Mix well and stuff your favorite fish.
