Use this recipe to stuff bass and other fish.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oysters, chopped
- 3 cups dry bread cubes
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon sage
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 samll onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 1/2 cup minced celery
Directions
- Place oysters in a skillet.
- Saute for about 5 minutes.
- Drain.
- Combine bread cubes, slat pepper, sage and oysters in a bowl.
- Melt butter in another skillet.
- Add onion, parsley and celery and saute until tneder.
- Add to oyster mixture.
- Mix well and stuff your favorite fish.
