Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pint oysters, drained
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a pan.
  2. Add oysters and cook for 3 minutes or until edges curl.
  3. Add milk, salt and pepper and bring almost to boiling point.
  4. Serve at once.
  5. Garnish with paprika.
