Double this recipe if you have a big crowd to feed.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 pint oysters, drained
- 4 cups milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Add oysters and cook for 3 minutes or until edges curl.
- Add milk, salt and pepper and bring almost to boiling point.
- Serve at once.
- Garnish with paprika.
