Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 20 ounces of condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 16 ounces of canned oysters
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Combine cream of chicken soup with milk in a saucepan.
  2. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add spinach to soup.
  4. Cook and stir over medium heat, breaking up spinach with a fork till thawed.
  5. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in undrained oysters, wine, and pepper.
  7. cook and stir till heated through.
  8. Garnish with lemon slices.
