Simple, creamy oyster and onion with sausage stew.
- 1/2 pound pork sausage
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 (12 ounce) container fresh oysters
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- Brown the sausage and onion together in a skillet. Remove from the skillet and add the oysters in. Heat on low until the edges have curled. Turn.
- Add the sausage and onion back to the skillet. Pour in the milk, stir to mix.
- Simmer until heated through.
