Oyster Sausage Stew

Simple, creamy oyster and onion with sausage stew.


  • 1/2 pound pork sausage
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 (12 ounce) container fresh oysters
  • 1 1/2 cups milk


  1. Brown the sausage and onion together in a skillet. Remove from the skillet and add the oysters in. Heat on low until the edges have curled. Turn.
  2. Add the sausage and onion back to the skillet. Pour in the milk, stir to mix.
  3. Simmer until heated through.
