Lightly seasoned creamy oyster puff recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 dozen oysters
- 5 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Beat the eggs add in the cream, oysters and seasoning.
- Heat a skillet and melt the butter. Pour in the oyster mixture and cook over low heat. Stir occasionally until it thickens and becomes fluffy.
