Prepare Overnight Refrigerator Rolls on Saturday for a delicious treat Sunday morning.
Ingredients
- 2 packages yeast
- 8 to 8-1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 eggs, well beaten
Directions
- Soften yeast in 2-1/2 cups warm water in mixer bowl. Add 4 cups flour and remaining ingredients. Beat for 1 minute or until smooth. Stir in remaining flour. Chill covered, overnight.
- Punch dough down. Shape into rolls and place in a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Let rise, covered, for 1-1/2 hours or until doubled in bulk.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes.
