Crunchy, crusted trout dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 pound trout fillets
  • 3/4 cup finely crushed corn chips
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix together the sour cream, lemon juice and chili powder in a shallow pan.
  3. Coat the fish with the mixture and then roll in the corn chips. Arrange in the prepared pan. Pour the melted margarine over.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
