Crunchy, crusted trout dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 pound trout fillets
- 3/4 cup finely crushed corn chips
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Mix together the sour cream, lemon juice and chili powder in a shallow pan.
- Coat the fish with the mixture and then roll in the corn chips. Arrange in the prepared pan. Pour the melted margarine over.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
