Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 egg plus 2 tablespoons water, beaten
- 1 cup cornbread stuffing mix
- 4 pork chops
Directions
- Pour the margarine into a 9x13-inch dish. Dip the chops in the egg and then roll in the stuffing mix to coat. Arrange in the pan. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Turn and bake for 10-15 more minutes.
