Baked long grain rice.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 3/4 cup long grain rice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix together the water and margarine in a 1 quart baking dish.
- Add in the rice and salt. Cover and bake for 35 minutes. Fluff before serving.
