Easy beef stroganoff, start it in the morning and come home to dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 pounds stewing beef, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (1 ounce) package onion soup mix
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
Directions
- Mix everything but the sour cream together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Stir in sour cream, serve over noodles.
