Wonderful lunch bag salad!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh cauliflower buds
  • 1/4 cup bean sprouts
  • several water chestnuts, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • low calorie Italian dressing

Directions

  1. Mix together all the vegetables. Drizzle with dressing and toss.
