A great start for an Asian-inspired dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cups water, divided
- 2 cans chicken broth, undiluted
- 1/2 cup diagonally sliced celery
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
Directions
- Cook spinach according to package directions, omitting salt.
- Drain well.
- Dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 cup water.
- Add to remaining water.
- Combine cornstarch mixture and broth in a saucepan.
- Add spinach adn remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and Simmer for 5 minutes.
