Almond chicken on rice.
- 1 10 1/2 ounce can chicken a la king
- 1 (5 ounce) can chicken, diced
- 1/4 cup light cream
- 1-2 tablespoons chopped candied ginger
- 1/4 cup slivered blanched almonds, toasted
- hot fluffy rice
- Mix together the first 4 ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix in the toasted almonds. Serve over hot rice.
