Intense flavors of citrus, passion fruit and herbs are in each sip of this lovely gin-based cocktail creation.
- 3/4 ounce Averna Liquore di Limoni
- 1-1/2 ounces gin
- 1-1/2 ounces passion fruit nectar
- 1 dash simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Place a cocktail glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
- Place all of the ingredients, except for the bitters, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into the chilled cocktail glass.
- Top the drink with the bitters and then serve immediately.
