Orange Sunshine Cake Glaze brightens up any plain white or yellow cake.

Ingredients

3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
2 tablespoons orange juice

Directions

Blend sugar, orange juice and grated peel together until smooth. If the mixture is too dry add more orange juice, 1/4 teaspoon at a time and mix well.
