Orange Sherbet Gelatin Salad

Simple creamy orange salad. Can be made into a square or in individual molds.


  • 2 (3 ounce each) packages orange gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 pint orange sherbet
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped


  1. Stir the gelatin into the boiling water until dissolved. Stir in sherbet until well mixed.
  2. After it has partially set, stir in the oranges and whipped cream. Pour into desired molds.
