Simple creamy orange salad. Can be made into a square or in individual molds.
- 2 (3 ounce each) packages orange gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 pint orange sherbet
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- Stir the gelatin into the boiling water until dissolved. Stir in sherbet until well mixed.
- After it has partially set, stir in the oranges and whipped cream. Pour into desired molds.
