A quick, creamy orange salad
Ingredients
- 1 large (6 ounce) package orange gelatin
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 cups orange sherbet
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
Directions
- Soften the gelatin in the boiling water. Stir in the sherbet mixing well. Fold in the pineapple and oranges. Stir in the whipped cream. Chill.
