Ginger and orange marmalade seasoned beef tenderloin steaks.
- 4 (4 ounce) beef tenderloin steaks (1-inch thick)
- 1/2 cup sugar free orange marmalade
- 4 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- Combine the marmalade, vinegar and ginger. Arrange the steaks on a broiler pan and spread 1/2 the marinade over. Broil 3 inches from the heat for 10-15 minutes. Turn once and brush with the marinade while cooking.
