Slow cooked orange glazed pork roast.
- 3-4 pounds pork shoulder roast
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice, thawed
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- Place the roast in the slow cooker. In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-12 hours.
