A sweet and crunchy french toast breakfast.
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 5 slices raisin bread
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Mix together the egg and orange juice. Dip the bread slices in and then into the cracker crumbs.
- Heat the butter in a pan, and fry the slices until browned.
