This sweet and tangy salad dressing brings amazing flavor to any salad, especially fennel, roasted beet and spinach mixes.
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- Place all of the ingredients into a small bowl and whisk together until thoroughly blended.
- Store in an air-tight glass jar in the refrigerator until ready to use.
