Orange Crunch Cake is full of tangy goodness and can be made lemon cake mix.


  • 1 package orange or lemon cake mix
  • 1 small package orange Jello
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut


  1. Mix all ingredients together except for coconut. Grease and flour a tube pan. Sprinkle coconut in bottom of pan. Pour in batter and top with more coconut.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Cool in pan.
