Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots, peeled and grated
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1 tablespoons minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
Directions
- Mix everything together, toss until well coated. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
