Simple orange glaze for cakes and desserts.


  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 4 tablespoons orange juice


  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat until brown.
  2. Combine the butter with the sugar in a bowl. Stir in the orange juice and mix well. Pour over a cooled cake and allow to drizzle down the side.
