  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • sea salt and freshly ground pepper


  1. Place the olive oil, fresh orange juice and vinegar into a bowl and whisk vigorously to combine. Season the vinaigrette with a few pinches of salt and fresh pepper and then serve immediately.
