Quick tamale casserole dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (8 ounce) cans seasoned tomato sauce
- 1 cup milk
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 (12 ounce) can kernal corn, drained
- 1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
- few dashes hot pepper sauce
- 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2-2 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
Directions
- Brown the beef with the onion and garlic in a skillet. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Spread into a baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
