One Pecan Pie

One Pecan Pie is a little less sweet than traditional recipes but just as good.

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together well. Pour mixture into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
