A slow cooked onion soup, start in the morning and it's ready for dinner!
Ingredients
- 3 pounds onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 (14 ounce) cans beef broth
- 1 can water
Directions
- Saute the onions in the butter until golden brown. Mix the onions and the remaining ingredients together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Top with mozzarella cheese when serving if desired
