Cheddar cheese ball coated olives.
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 36 small pimiento stuffed olives, drained
- Combine the cheese and the flour, add in the margarine.
- Take a teaspoon of dough and shape into a ball around the olive.
- Arrange on baking sheets and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes.
