- 1 (6-ounce) can pitted ripe Greek green or black olives, drained
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- Place the olives, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar and pepper in a food processor, and process until mixture is creamy.
- Transfer to a small bowl and serve as a dip or spread.
