Crushed cracking and cornmeal bread.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups white cornmeal
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup crushed cracklings
- Oil
Directions
- Mix together the cornmeal, water and salt. Stir in the cracklings until well combined. Shape into cakes.
- Fry in a little hot oil until browned on both sides.
