Creamy sauerkraut and corned beef rye bread appetizer spread.
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) packaged shredded Swiss cheese
- 3/4 cup drained sauerkraute, rinsed and drained
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 2 (2.5 ounce) packages sliced corned beef, chopped
- Rye bread
Directions
- Mix together all the ingredients in a greased slow cooker. Cook covered on low for 1 hour. Serve spread on rye bread.
